OUR 2022 GOLD MEDAL GOLDEN LEAF AWARD WINNER
Having South African history in our family we are big Rooibos drinkers and choosing a new one to add to the tea menu is always fun!
You need to know we suffered through trialling many cups (it's a tough job but someone has to do it!) LOL
So we bring to you this stunning Rooibos. The beautiful colours of this tisane reminds us of the Cederberg Mountains of South Africa and the hints of yellow from the Calendula Petals and pale browns of the Almonds bring to mind the San Rock Art in the caves and overhangs of the region. The sweet notes of Vanilla are as exquisite of the mountains themselves.
It truly is a stunning cup of Rooibos and perfect for younger members of the family – but don’t take our word for it – here is a review from 10 year old Ava who trialled it for us. “I enjoyed the tea without milk, but I preferred it with milk. I found it tasted like a caramel milkshake with milk and without milk it tastes like golden syrup. It is delicious!”
