We strive to pack and send within 1-2 business days. If there is a delay of 4 + days I'll send you an email to let you know what the delay is. 

We use Standard Australia Post with tracking. If you require urgent or express shipping, please get in contact.  If your order hasn't arrived within a week or so of ordering, please get in touch and we'll chase it up with the postie.
